We are hiring a Technology Head to shape and execute technology strategies while building scalable, future-ready solutions. Location: Brisbane or Canberra Head of Technology Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Lead cloud migration strategies using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Drive cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001. Oversee automation, process optimization, and workflow digitization. Leverage AI, ML, and big data analytics to drive strategic decisions. Manage infrastructure operations, including networking, virtualization, and endpoint management. Technical Expertise Required: Strong understanding of data management, ETL pipelines, and tools like Hadoop and Spark. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy laws, and threat modeling. Familiarity with Saa S, Paa S, and Iaa S models, along with ITIL service management. Knowledge of APIs, middleware solutions, and enterprise system integrations. What We’re Looking For: A hands-on leader with a strong background in coding and software development. Proven experience in managed services or enterprise-scale operations. A visionary mindset with a passion for emerging technologies like Io T, blockchain, and AR/VR. Willingness to work in a startup or fast-growing organization and drive its technology journey.
