Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other medical facilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and technical support to doctors, nurses, technicians and key stakeholders.
  • Organise and conduct training sessions - perform on-site and on-the-job training to healthcare professionals on the use of endovascular products.
  • Address procedural challenges, offering clinical insights to optimize product usage.
  • Ensure proper device selection, preparation, and implantation techniques are followed.
  • Maintain detailed records of cases supported and product usage.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories.
  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in hospitals and clinics.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and workshops to promote the endovascular products.
  • Provide insights to the sales team on market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new hospitals and territories.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in new territories to facilitate product adoption.
  • Stay abreast of the latest clinical advancements and technologies in endovascular interventions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
  • Submit timely reports on case support, sales activities, and territory development progress.
  • Gather PMCF (Post-Market Clinical Follow-up) forms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related healthcare field.
  • 2-3 years of experience or a nursing background preferred.
  • Comfortable providing support in Operating Theatres.
  • Strong understanding of the market and product offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Malay.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support cases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have a valid driving license and the ability to travel for outstation visits is advantageous.
