Project Manager (Construction)

Job Description

• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Coordinate work with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Evaluate and recommend the appropriate conflict resolution solution
• Execute project with the urgency required to deliver business value
• Determine risk management options
• Estimate budgetary needs based on the scope of the project
• Manage costs to ensure project budgets are met
• Identify and solve construction issues on site
• Plan and manger schedules
• Determine quality standards required for project deliverables
• Plan and manage scope
• Plan and manager procurement
• Plan and manage project closure
• Evaluate and deliver project benefits and value

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Experience in mega projects  is a MUST
• Proven working experience in project management
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Good understanding of quality control and risk management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Analytical skills
• Ability to handle pressure and Challenging Deadlines
