- Convert the leads provided by the digital marketing team into meaningful conversations and enrollments.
- Proactively engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets of qualified enrollments and revenue goals.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to improve sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking is an advantage.
