  • Convert the leads provided by the digital marketing team into meaningful conversations and enrollments.
  • Proactively engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets of qualified enrollments and revenue goals.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to encourage enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:- Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
Skills Required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking is an advantage.
