With Heart Ensure • Lead the HSE department with integrity and confidence. • Creating, Defining and Implementing HSE strategy. • Promote a culture of Safety within the organization • Demonstrate ability to lead and direct, plan work schedules, assign or delegate work, develop and mentor employees and take corrective actions when necessary. • Provides expertise and support on HSE (including product safety) and customer/end user issues Responsible for the leading, development, redesigning and implementation of Safety strategies and HSE policies, procedures, and programs • Responsible for shaping and driving the HSE agenda across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of safety. • Key Support to India CEO on various projects, strategies. • Ensure the implementation of global Siegwerk standards and programs. • Conduct high-level risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies, Fulfil the requirements of a specialist function in the identification of hazards and defining meaningful measures to reduce the risk. • Drive the establishment of systems for HAZOP/HIRAC/OHC as necessary for system compliance • Supports the site leadership in establishing short and long term HSE objectives for the site, to ensure personnel safety and minimization of environmental footprint .•Establishes site HSE metrics, drives action plans and regularly publishes status updates Carry out • Expertise on Handling of Process Safety Assessment Projects • Educate Siegwerk personnel on the compliance requirements • Develop long range goals and objectives for managing risk exposures and employee safety and controlling costs associated with risk and worker's compensation claims and assist management regarding all matters of HSE compliance. • Experience in Cultural Safety transformation. Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical • Diploma in Industrial Safety
