Job Summary: - We are looking for a dedicated/ professional and detailed oriented CCR for an Airline Process. This role involves providing customer service support on calls for airline process. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BPO Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels (phone) addressing their travel-related inquiries, and assisting with bookings, cancellations, and changes to ensure a seamless and positive experience. Who we are looking for?
- 6 Months international calling background, Relevant work exp. Preferably customer service
- Excellent Spoken English
- Computer Skills ability/experience using computer applications
- Call Handling Etiquette - V&A
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to customer
- Process transactions and maintain customer records.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Under grad drop out
- Prior experience in customer service international
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Transport facility (Both Side)
