Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Leader to drive our global rewards strategy at Mphasis. This role will lead the development and execution of innovative compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry benchmarks, and regulatory compliance. The position offers an opportunity to shape and optimize global compensation structures, equity programs, and executive rewards while working closely with cross-functional teams. - MBA/PGDM from a reputed management institution.
- Minimum 10 years of core experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
- Lead the design and execution of the company’s Compensation & Benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the quarterly variable pay programs, including merit cycles, performance-based incentives, and long-term incentives.
- Manage executive compensation programs and equity-based incentives, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop competitive and market-aligned pay structures, including variable pay and other incentive plans.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis and work with external consultants to gather market intelligence, research, and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with global compensation and benefits regulations, collaborating with finance, tax, legal, and HR payroll teams.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive compensation-related initiatives and provide guidance on pay-for-performance strategies.
- Continuously review and improve compensation policies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a high-growth, dynamic business environment.
- Drive automation and analytics to provide insights into compensation trends and improve decision-making.
- A strategic thinker with deep expertise in compensation frameworks and global rewards programs.
- Hands-on experience in developing pay & benefits frameworks for a global organization.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions and providing strategic insights.
- Ability to lead a team, set up processes, and drive transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a bias for flawless execution, demonstrating proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and matrixed environment, balancing both strategy and execution.
