KAOS, an active regional & international architecture, consulting, planning and interior firm, was founded in 2004 and is proudly present in 4 cities in the Gulf, MENA Region, and France. We are seeking a visionary Design Architect to join our team in Jeddah, {NAME}. As a Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs for various projects while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional architectural designs that meet client requirements and project objectives.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to understand design goals and constraints.
Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with building codes.
Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into architectural projects.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to deliver cutting-edge designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal writing.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2 years of experience as a Design Architect, with a focus on innovative and sustainable design.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing and refining architectural drawings.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural design.
