Business Development Manager Opened Recently Location: Olaya Highway, Olaya Tower, Riyadh 11583, Saudi Arabia Category: Client Management & Sales Job Id: R_279453 JOB DESCRIPTION Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Riyadh and Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia office: Business Development Manager As a Business Development Manager, you will manage all aspects of prospect development from pre-sale through close. Furthermore, you will identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities.

  1. Lead the coordination of organizational resources necessary to drive a sale to completion.
  2. Identify potential referral sources and develop relationships through personal contact and presentation of the practice’s resources.
  3. Generate additional revenue opportunities by introducing and leveraging other Marsh products and services as appropriate.
We will count on you to:
  1. Identify external and internal referral sources and partner closely with those sources.
  2. Lead the creation of sales proposals and presentations and work with the referral source partner to coordinate the delivery of these presentations to prospects.
  3. Transition a qualified prospect or new client to a client executive and support the client executive in the implementation of new business deals and transitions the client to account management status.
  4. Utilize information sources internally and externally to gather appropriate data to position Marsh to prospect properly.
  5. Ensure that up-to-date prospective client information is maintained in the database.
What you need to have:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  2. Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager.
  4. Experience in insurance sales, consulting firms, or financial institutions is preferable.
  5. Effective English written and verbal communication skills to communicate with colleagues and clients.
  6. Proven time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely and accurate work.
  7. Ability to deliver technical information to less technical individuals.
  8. Demonstrate strong active listening and follow-up skills.
