About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Communication and Public Relations team based in Jeddah. This is a 2-month internship program where you will be responsible for developing and executing an internal communication plan that fosters engagement, collaboration, and a strong sense of community within the organization. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications and public relations in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement a comprehensive internal communication plan.
  2. Assist in developing content for newsletters, intranet updates, and other internal communication channels.
  3. Collaborate with various teams to gather and share information across the organization.
  4. Support event planning and execution for internal and external engagements.
  5. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices in communication and public relations.
Requirements:
  1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with communication tools.
  6. Positive attitude, self-starter, and eager to learn.
