To fortify Arasco’s IT infrastructure by overseeing firewall configurations and implementing advanced cybersecurity measures. This role plays a crucial part in delivering first-line technical assistance to employees across Alansari Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Having an excellent understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation is essential. Flexibility in working hours is required. Responsibilities include:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve level-one incidents.
- Support voice, data, video, and other networking services.
- Provide one-on-one technical support.
- Administer the company's existing digital infrastructure through routine evaluation and testing.
- Hire, source, and train new IT employees.
