Finance Director Salary: SAR 35,000 - SAR 45,000 per month + Attractive Bonus Reporting to: Managing Director Please note: Only candidates currently based in Riyadh and fluent in Arabic & English will be considered for this position. Relocation candidates will not be considered. An exciting and high-impact opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Director to join a fast-growing and dynamic international organisation based in Riyadh . This is a key leadership position where you’ll be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, while playing a crucial role in shaping its strategic direction alongside senior management. This role offers the chance to establish and lead the entire finance function, implementing best-in-class processes and driving financial efficiency. You will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth trajectory and integration, becoming a trusted business partner to the Managing Director and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to ensure the company’s financial stability and sustainable growth. Analyze financial trends and data to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership to align financial goals with the business’s overall objectives. Provide key financial insights and recommendations that drive the success of the company.
Take ownership of cashflow forecasting and management to ensure liquidity and mitigate financial risk. Implement measures to optimise cash management and ensure the business remains financially stable.
Design and implement financial processes to ensure compliance with both local and international regulations. Continuously improve financial controls and procedures to align with industry best practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Experience:

Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally as a Finance Director or similar.
Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Fluency in Arabic & English is a must (as the role will require close collaboration with local teams and stakeholders).
Experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local financial regulations is a strong advantage , though not essential.
