Mo te tūranga | About the Role: Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant To support our strategic investment in technology and tools that help our customers thrive, we are on the lookout for an experienced tech recruiter who knows the market, where to find talent and what levers to pull to attract them to join us. This is a fast-paced role for 6 months (let's call it 'fractional') to support the resourcing requirements of our strategy. Hybrid working, some time in North Wharf in the Auckland CBD as well as at C-Drive in Albany will get you close to the leaders and teams you will be supporting. Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and connecting with talent.
2. Creating and leading best practice recruitment processes.
3. Driving candidate and customer experiences that enhance our brand appeal.
4. Influencing and providing broad talent advice (when to buy, build, borrow, etc).
