Visualization Specialist

Job Title- Visualization Specialist Location: Bangalore Role: FTE This is a strong technology and solution delivery role, accountable for the successful design, development, and delivery of Analytics solutions integrated with the corporate Data Platform – not only for self, also for a team of developers working on specific projects.

• Perform data analysis, design Analytics Dashboards architecture and deliver the same in alignment with Global Platform standards and guidelines.
• Interact with customers to understand their business problems and provide best-in-class analytics solutions.
• Interact with Global Data Platform leaders and understand data flows that integrate into Tableau/analytics.
• Understand data governance, quality and security and integrate analytics with these corporate platforms.
• Interact with UX/UI global functions and design best in class visualization for customers harnessing all product capabilities.
• Demonstrate strength in data modelling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in SQL and Query performance tuning skills
• Should have worked on Data mining and reporting systems. Should be able to develop solutions using Tableau to meet enterprise level requirements.
• Good knowledge of building/operating highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets
• Hands on experience in ETL, Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of leading large-scale data warehousing and analytics projects using AWS technologies – Redshift, Athena, S3, EC2 and other big data technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Strong tableau experience on enterprise level data set.
• Must have a working knowledge of different types of charts, tables, filters, calculated fields, parameters, functions, blending, LODs, etc. in Tableau
• Ability to build medium to complex interactive dashboards using a different type of data sources in Tableau.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and business communication skills
• Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis.

· Strong business acumen & demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite action. Qualifications: - Education : B.e / B Tech/Masters in Computer Science, Electronics, Relevant technical Certification Technology Skills and Project Experience: · 5 - 7 years of experience in Analytics Development on Tableau, ClickSense, Thotspot and other analytics products and integration with Data platforms

• Finance, Opportunity, Sales and Marketing domain knowledge added advantage.

· Strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex technical problems. · Certified on Tableau Business / Soft Skills: · Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills. · Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · A data-driven mindset, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions. · Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources. · Ability to delegate where appropriate. · Must be a strong team player/leader.
