Job Purpose: The Integration Visualization Senior Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality, photo-realistic 3D renderings for Red Sea Global's architectural and interior design projects. They will collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and transform them into compelling visualizations. The role includes 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering using 3ds Max, along with problem-solving to overcome technical challenges. The specialist ensures accuracy, meets deadlines, and stays updated with industry trends. They will work closely with clients, offering expert advice and revisions based on feedback while maintaining organized project files for future reference. Job Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality and photo-realistic 3D renderings for architectural and interior design projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling 3D visualizations.
- Perform 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering using 3ds max software.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges and achieve desired results.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on the best visual solutions.
- Present and communicate ideas and concepts effectively to clients and team members.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews to contribute ideas and insights.
- Create 3D models, textures, and materials based on sketches, plans, or reference images.
- Optimize 3D models and renderings for different platforms and outputs.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a library of 3D assets and resources.
- Take ownership of projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Make adjustments and revisions to 3D visualizations based on feedback from architects, designers, and clients or the team.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of 3D models, textures, and renderings for easy access and future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software like Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona or similar.
- Strong knowledge of photography, composition, and perspective.
- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, and post-production techniques.
- Solid understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations.
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design terminology and concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new software and techniques quickly
