We are seeking an experienced International Sourcing and Procurement Manager to oversee global sourcing strategies and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Resolving any issues related to procurement , including delays or quality concerns.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the organization's procurement needs, and identifying potential suppliers while negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Source and evaluate suppliers for machine spare parts based on quality, price, delivery time, and reliability.
- Lead the procurement cycle from policy management to execution.
