About the job: We seek a dynamic and creative Communications and Events Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Communications and Events, this role will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies and managing high-profile events that align with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a solid corporate communications and event planning background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Events Management:

Support the organization of corporate events such as conferences, trade shows, etc.
Assist in event logistics, including coordinating venue selection, managing supplier relationships, and tracking budgets.
Help develop event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event activities with company objectives and branding guidelines.
Collect feedback from attendees and prepare a post-event report for review.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and communication initiatives.
Maintain professional relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support event needs.
Ensure event materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards, including buildup materials and any branding elements.
Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely and quality delivery of services and products.
Monitor event space arrangements, ensuring they meet requirements and reflect the company's image.
Oversee event setup and teardown processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.

Communications:

Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
Craft compelling written content, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and event collateral.
Support the management of the company's online presence, including updates to the corporate website and social media platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
Monitor media coverage and provide analysis and reporting to management.
Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and comments in alignment with the company's tone of voice and community management guidelines.
Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights to improve community interaction.

Profile Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, and event management.
Proven experience in planning and executing events of various scales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
