Head Corporate Finance Position Objective The Head of Corporate Finance is responsible for financial strategy, including mergersand acquisitions, investment management, banking relationships, and equity analysis. This senior rolerequires a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a similar leadershipposition, and a professional qualification such as CA or CFA. Responsibilities

Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities to support the company's
strategic growth objectives.
Oversee due diligence processes, financial modeling, and integration planning to ensure
successful transactions.
Collaborate with legal, tax, and operational teams to structure deals that align with corporate
goals.
Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize the company's financial performance
and capital allocation.
Analyze potential investment opportunities, including market research, risk assessment, and
return on investment evaluations.
Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, recommending adjustments as
necessary.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to
support the company's financing needs.
Negotiate financing terms, credit facilities, and other banking services to ensure favorable
conditions for the company.
Ensure compliance with all banking covenants and reporting requirements.
Oversee the analysis of equity markets to inform strategic decisions related to capital raising,
share repurchases, and investor relations.
Provide insights into market trends, valuation metrics, and competitor performance to guide
executive decision-making.
Collaborate with the investor relations team to effectively communicate the company's financial
performance and strategy to shareholders.
Lead the development of financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning
and decision-making.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior
management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards
and company policies.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and
continuous development.
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to support
team growth.
Promote collaboration and effective communication within the finance team and across
departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst
(CFA) is mandatory.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field,
with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in leading M&A transactions, investment management, and maintaining
banking relationships.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance principles.
