Job Description Company Profile: Established in 1978, NES Fircroft is an award-winning staffing specialist that supplies technical and engineering experts (“white collar”) to Oil and Gas, Power, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Chemical, Mining, Automotive and IT sectors worldwide on an international basis. We’re a highly experienced team of over 2000 professionals made up of recruitment consultants and support staff spanning 58 offices worldwide. We work with top candidates to ensure that we can offer a full range of staffing solutions to our clients, complemented by industry-leading support services. Key Roles:

  1. Enrolling/Offboarding members from our global medical insurances.
  2. Provide support with general cover queries from staff & contractors on global and local medical policies.
  3. Check invoices and census sheets are correct to current active members.
  4. Collating dependent data for enrolment.
  5. Coordinating the filing of policy documents and invoices for all global and local insurance policies and the creation of a document storage area for access by staff to respond to client and contractor enquiries.
  6. Provide general support when required for the internal insurance team.
Desired Skills:
  1. Outstanding written and oral communications in English.
  2. Previous administrative role essential.
  3. Methodical and accurate in their work.
  4. Ability to respond in a timely manner.
  5. Use of Microsoft office essential (Outlook, Excel, Word etc).
