Customer Care Agent (Temporary Contract - 3 Months) Location: Riyadh Department: Customer Care Number of vacancies: 5 Reporting Manager: Lead Customer Service, Styli KSA We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team on a temporary contract for three months! If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in customer experiences, we want to hear from you! Position Objective: As a Customer Care Agent, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services. Your goal will be to maximize sales and service through outstanding customer support, working towards customer delight and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  2. Proactively follow up with customers regarding deliveries through various communication channels.
  3. Maintain high customer service standards by adhering to call and chat quality guidelines.
  4. Create tickets for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in our workflow system.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  6. Take ownership of customer complaints, queries, and requests from start to finish.
  7. Uphold the service standards of the customer service counter in line with company policies.
  8. Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Specification: Qualification:
  1. Experience: Minimum 2 years to maximum 5 years of experience in customer service preferred. Freshers are welcome.
Competencies:
  1. Native Arabic speaker with good English proficiency.
  2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  3. Familiarity with call center technology and telephony.
  4. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficient in relevant computer applications, with good data entry and typing skills.
  6. Understanding of customer behavior patterns.
