Position: BIM Modeler Experience: 3-5 Years Department: Engineering Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree Industry: Infrastructure, High Rise Building, Stadium, etc. Software Skills: Revit Mep, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360 Job Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Responsibilities: Create BIM models for Electrical/ELV services with Levels of Development (LOD) ranging from 300 to 500, ensuring coordination with other services. Develop and manage detailed Electrical/ELV BIM models, including layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed views. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to identify and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to address issues and ensure alignment across all services. Develop Revit templates, parametric families, and work sets tailored to Electrical/ELV requirements. Create and modify Revit families to meet project-specific needs and standards. Prepare accurate construction drawings and extract data from BIM models for Electrical/ELV services. Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) directly from Revit models. Produce 3D views, renderings, and title blocks for enhanced project visualization and presentations. Convert MEP 3D files to 2D CAD drawings as per standards. Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria. Align BIM models with project standards and deliverables. Export DWF and other formats for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare discipline-specific models for Revit coordination meetings.
