Job Responsibilities Strategically develop and uphold marketing, communication, PR, and media content in adherence to company standards, ensuring the consistent delivery of a clear, positive, and engaging brand image. Drive destination marketing efforts to position as a premier destination, enhancing its appeal to target audiences. Plan and execute impactful events and activations, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences. Explore, negotiate, and manage sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and support marketing initiatives. Administer the corporate website, utilizing analytical tools to monitor effectiveness, ensuring the availability of up-to-date information, and achieving higher visit rates with satisfactory feedback. Cultivate and maintain corporate brand, including branding content, designs, presentations, and materials unique to the company's identity. Collaborate with marketing and media agencies, as well as design houses (PR, advertising, and branding), aligning on marketing objectives and monitoring performance to company and JV standards. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for monitoring its online presence and reputation across different platforms for effectiveness and identifying trends and improvement areas. Execute and administer media promotional campaigns in alignment with concerned stakeholders to maximize effectiveness, ensuring optimal use of media platforms and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with Operations/Community Management and Customer Experience, managing events, developing the event calendar, and coordinating the reception of Smart Marinas guests according to recognized protocols, including invitation distribution, attendance tracking, and proper greetings. Develop and update digital media guidelines for the company, ensuring consistency and standardization of released messages, aligned with the overall company narrative. Regularly publish impactful digital media content across various channels, including the web, TV, radio, news, and blogs, in coordination with relevant stakeholders to enhance market presence. Develop campaigns, brochures, ads, and written/visual content aligned with the company's identity and marketing communication strategy. Manage and maintain social media channels and accounts, curating attracting and engaging scheduled content for external audiences, and overseeing the social media community by identifying and responding to questions and queries related to the company Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication or any other related business field. An association with a Professional qualification body is highly preferred. Experience: 12+ years of relevant and professional experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial position with a proven track record of success. A sound knowledge of the real-estate and marina industry, asset /properties / facility / community management domain is preferrable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
