Job Description

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets within the assigned region.
  2. Conduct sales forecasts, monitor pricing objectives, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Regularly visit industrial clients to present company products and services, demonstrating technical expertise to address customer needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives and solve challenges.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, etc.) to develop proposals and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  7. Drive market share growth by prospecting and onboarding new clients while retaining existing accounts.
  8. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
  9. Maintain a professional image and act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing innovative, high-quality solutions.
  10. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial automation industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of industrial automation products and markets is an advantage.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales/CRM tools.
