Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist with 5 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's operations, financial performance, and strategic goals. The Risk Management Specialist will work closely with various departments to develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring that potential risks are managed proactively and effectively. The Job is based in Al Qassim. Key Responsibilities:

Identify, assess, and prioritize risks related to the organization's operations, projects, and business processes.
Develop and implement risk management strategies, frameworks, and policies to mitigate identified risks.
Conduct risk assessments and analysis, including quantitative and qualitative evaluations, to understand the potential impact of various risk factors.
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and track the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure risk management processes are integrated across all functions.
Prepare detailed risk reports, including risk assessments, risk registers, and mitigation plans for senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct regular risk workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs for employees to enhance the organization's risk management culture.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to risk management and compliance.
Support the development of contingency plans and crisis management strategies for high-priority risks.
Evaluate potential risks associated with new projects, investments, or business ventures, and provide recommendations on risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all risk management activities are compliant with local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards.
Monitor external risks, including market trends, economic conditions, and geopolitical factors, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Assist in the development of business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies to ensure operational resilience in the event of disruptions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and best practices.
Familiarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM, etc.).
Experience with risk management tools and software (e.g., RiskWatch, LogicManager, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios and recommend practical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk information clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to risk management and compliance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, PRM) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, construction, or manufacturing.
Knowledge of business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) processes.
Familiarity with project management and the ability to assess risks associated with project execution.
Experience with insurance and liability risk management.
