As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new strategic enterprise accounts and expanding existing accounts in the ME North Cluster together with the SAP Account Management teams. Sales Representatives are also responsible for working with our co-seller partners in support of joint sales efforts. We are looking for an experienced, enterprise sales representative who is comfortable selling a SaaS solution. We want someone who has a successful track record managing complex sales cycles which requires gaining consensus across multiple stakeholders internal and external. The ideal candidate has a strong SAP sales network and understanding. A specific experience in selling Procurement Software, Vendor Management Systems, MSP Services or Human Capital Management Solutions is appreciated. Expectations and Tasks:
- Opportunity development in an assigned group of enterprise accounts
- Selling the "intelligent spend and business network" portfolio (S/4 Procurement, Ariba, Fieldglass)
- Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
- Works to uncover and run sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
- Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share for Ariba and Fieldglass solutions within named accounts
- Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
- Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
- Initiate contact and establish interest with key decision makers and develop influence map
- Develops strategic sales plans for Ariba and Fieldglass opportunities and communicate plan with Sales Management & Sales Engineer
- Maintain relationships with co-selling partners
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable graduation
- At least 8+ years of professional sales experience within SAP Account Management or SAP Solutions or SaaS solutions or Procurement Software or Human Capital Management
- Professional, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to quickly understand, adopt and pitch the intelligent spend story and intelligent enterprise
- Ability to achieve individual as well as team goals that will require working as a team in a complex sales cycle, as well as demonstrate the ability to communicate solutions
- Display high levels of energy and drive, thrive under pressure with strong business acumen.
- Strong process orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possess a professional, persuasive manner, and strive to innovate in your client interactions.
