Responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide accurate quantity take-offs based on project drawings and specifications. And perform detailed analysis of project quantities and costs, comparing estimated and actual values.
- Regularly update forecasts and match the quantities to actuals to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and monitor invoices based on the quantities provided, ensuring accurate billing for materials and labor.
- Monitor and review the progress of work on-site and ensure quantities align with work completed
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction project management.
- Experience in preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and forecasts.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction costs and contracts
