In turn, brands get 5X reach at 80% less cost that too post revenue. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Fluence Pay in Dubai. The Co-Founder and CTO will be responsible for overseeing the continuous requirement of technology development, team leadership, product development, infrastructure management, scalability, collaboration & innovation. Qualifications:- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role within technology or software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile software development and platform engineering. Understanding payment gateway systems, banking technology, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), experience with cloud services, and knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a track record of successful project management.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
