Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our dynamic team in the event management industry. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing exhibition stands, event setups, branding installations, and other visual elements that elevate brand experiences. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and other design professionals to bring concepts to life, ensuring a visually stunning and functional outcome Key Responsibilities 1. 3D Modeling & Rendering: o Create visually appealing 3D designs for exhibitions, event setups, branding spaces, and installations using industry-standard software. o Develop high-quality renders and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts. 2. Concept Development: o Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and client objectives. o Translate client briefs into unique, innovative, and functional design solutions. 3. Design Execution: o Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications for production. o Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and within budget. 4. Material & Space Utilization: o Recommend materials, textures, and finishes that align with design and project budgets. o Optimize space planning and ensure structural feasibility of designs. 5. Client Collaboration: o Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into iterations. o Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail. 6. Trend Research & Innovation: o Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D design, exhibition design, and branding. o Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to projects. Requirements Technical Skills: • Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or Blender). • Knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion). • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic elements. • Familiarity with CAD software for technical drawings is a plus. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, or related fields. • 2–5 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in exhibitions, events, or branding. Soft Skills: • Strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong time management and organizational skills.
