Copywriter / Content Writer

What is TVA? TVA is a marketing, strategy, and content production company that has worked with clients such as Flipkart, Nykaa, Cleartrip, Myntra, Cultfit, Missguided UK, DaMENSCH, Trell, McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Asian Paints (Beautiful Homes), Wow & more. We are on a mission to drive human progress and advancement through more effective communication, story-telling, and human-centric design. We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and versatile content writer who is able to produce compelling copy across various platforms. This role requires someone with a strong ability to think creatively, produce engaging content, and execute a consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an understanding of content marketing, and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of written content, including but not limited to blog posts, website copy, product descriptions, social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• SEO Optimization: Research keywords and incorporate SEO best practices into content to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas, themes, and marketing campaigns that engage and inspire the target audience.
• Audience Engagement: Write content that resonates with diverse audience segments, from casual readers to industry professionals, ensuring clarity and relatability.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and product managers to ensure content aligns with visual elements and overall strategy.

• Proven experience as a creative content writer, copywriter, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Ability to adapt writing style and tone to different target audiences and content formats.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
