A Concierge is crucial to the success of the guest stay and creating amazing experiences and everlasting memories. A true people person must enjoy working closely with guests and surrounding teams to be able to anticipate, align and surprise and delight guests through a natural and anticipatory style of service. The Concierge team has exceptional Food & Beverage, Hotel, internal, and local knowledge of Dubai, enabling them to enhance and tailor guest experiences and itineraries. The Concierge is responsible for working closely with all guests to deliver detailed service options, create itineraries, arrange tours & transport, and manage a wide variety of guest booking needs and pre- and post-stay correspondence. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
About You
A successful applicant must demonstrate a true passion for service delivery and provide bespoke suggestions and services to our guests. The candidate must constantly enhance and share their knowledge with the team to ensure a world-class and up-to-date knowledge within the team is maintained.
