Category Manager - Quick Commerce

Our work is divided into various verticals and distribution is our major vertical. Key Responsibilities:

• Add global lifestyle, electronics, and kitchen brands to quick-commerce platforms.
• Create clear, attractive product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) that match platform guidelines.
• Work closely with platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto) to resolve issues, streamline deliveries, and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure our brands meet platform performance standards (e.g., low cancellation rates, fast delivery).
• Run promotions, deals, and discounts tailored to quick-commerce customers.
• Monitor returns/refunds and improve processes to reduce issues.
• Use sales data to spot trends (e.g., bestsellers, slow movers) and suggest improvements.
• Help design strategies to grow our presence on quick-commerce platforms over time.

• 1 years of experience in e-commerce, and quick commerce
• Basic understanding of quick-commerce platforms (how listings, promotions, and delivery work).
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
