Job Overview
Drive the successful implementation of digital initiatives by overseeing business requirement gathering, ensuring accurate documentation of user stories and process flows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on delivery deadlines and achieve project objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze system performance to optimize resource allocation and ensure seamless operations across hardware, software, and network components.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement efficient solutions to enhance productivity.
- Manage projects integrating various IT functions.
- Overseeing the operation of information systems, establishing necessary infrastructure, implementing corporate IT strategies, providing training to end-users, and ensuring adherence to IT policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Manage Business Analyst Team Lead.
- Requirement Gathering & UAT sessions.
- Documentation skills in Retail & E-commerce Domain.
- Bachelor's degree in computers/information technology. MBA is a plus.
