Role Overvi ew: The role requires active involvement in HR dashboards, managing HR Operations, driving Performance Appraisals and Employee Engagement. This position is pivotal in analyzing HR data, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a positive employee experience that contribute to the organization’s strategic and people-oriented goals. Purpose: To ensure seamless HR operations, effective data-driven decision-making and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel, assist in driving performance appraisals, recruitment, employee relations and operational processes contributing to the overall efficiency and engagement of the workforce. Responsibili ties:
- Create and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as employee engagement, headcount and performance indicators.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights for informed decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on HR performance and workforce trends.
- Conduct detailed analysis of employee attrition and retention.
- Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive workplace environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, documentation and compliance.
- Ensure timely updates and maintenance of employee records.
- Assist in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer rollouts in a timely manner.
- Support the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with managers to drive performance reviews and feedback processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of HR operations, including compliance, reporting and documentation.
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or HR generalist role.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HRMS tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
