Sports Executive

We are hiring for our client in the Government industry, who is looking for a passionate Sports Executive to join their growing team. Contract Period: ASAP - 31 December 2026 (Extendable) The primary functions of a Sports Executive are to assist in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring the Sports programmes. He/She is to work closely with administrators, sports organisations and coaches on related matters. Job Scope: Work closely with officers to customize the programme to cater to the learning needs of the students Monitor the participation of the students and take appropriate action to follow up with the absentees and parents on a weekly basis Monitor and assess students’ wellbeing and development Ensure that the coaches and auxiliary manpower adhere to the standard operating procedures of the programme (Includes the review and evaluation of work ethics and performance) Maintain good communication with all stakeholders Assist in logistics, administration, financial matters and procurement of service/equipment (including the monitoring of the budget) Plan, implement and control facilities and equipment for the conduction of activities Make arrangements for the transport, logistics and facilities/venues for the various activities Assist in organizing various programmes, projects, events and activities; sports education modules, selection trials, parent engagement sessions, graduation etc. Set up SOPs and prepare the necessary documents to submit to relevant authorities for approval Look into Risk Assessment Management of activities, especially those that involve certain levels of danger Job Requirements: Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases) and online meeting tools.
