Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally at the reception.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
Maintain accurate records of orders, pickups, and deliveries.
Provide customers with updates on service timelines and address their concerns promptly.
Manage incoming calls and emails while ensuring excellent communication.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Promote company services and upsell additional offerings when appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of OND/HND or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in the laundry industry is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Resides in or around Festac, Okota, Magodo, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Surulere for easy commute.
