1. Duties may involve basic office services such as mailroom duties, photocopy duties, and security/badge issuance.
2. May operate postage machine and other mailroom equipment as needed.
3. May oversee ordering and maintenance of supplies. May serve as backup to receptionist.
4. May pick up and deliver documents, letters, packages, and other items on time between organization facilities.
5. Documents and tracks the items picked up and delivered. Responds to inquiries about pick up and delivery schedules.

1. Typical Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
2. Global Level Summary: Entry level support position performing routine work activities.
3. Decision Making: Supervision is required for answers that fall outside the well-defined patterns.
4. Supervision Received: Under direct supervision, work is routine and instructions are typically detailed.
5. Supervision Authority: Has no direct or indirect reports and does not assign work to anyone.
6. Communication: Communicate basic information with peers, stakeholders, and management. Persuasion is limited to articulating and substantiating own point of view to peers and supervisors.
7. Systems, Processes & Tools: Developing a basic understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to the field.
