An award winning architectural practice with a wide ranging portfolio of work across all typologies, including data centres, are seeking to recruit a Design Manager / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects in Ireland and across Europe.Based in their Dublin city studio, the successful Design Manager / Project Manager will take responsibility for leading the team, overseeing projects, progress, timescales, liaising with clients/other stakeholders, coordinating with design team, and compliance for complex construction projects.The successful Design Manager should have in excess of 10 years construction experience with proven success leading teams through all work stages of construction projects and contract administration including the Architect's role and responsibilities.Requirements include:Hold an educational qualification in Architectural, Engineering, or Project ManagementGood understanding of project programming, resource planning and project management methodologies is advantageousAt least 10 years experience within the construction industry, some of which MUST have been gained in IrelandLead and manage the delivery of multiple projects and teamsFamiliar with Irish Building and Planning RegulationsExcellent communication, design and presentation skillsAbility to collaboratively solve complex problems with key project stakeholders.Be familiar with construction contract administration, design team / contractors responsibilitiesProvide progress reports to internal management and clientsPrevious project experience in high technology and/ or data centres is beneficial, but not essentialExpert project level design knowledge and expertiseMUST hold eligibility to work in IrelandSalary & Benefits:€85k-€95k NegotiablePensionHybrid workingDiscounted HealthcareCPDEarly finish Friday and many more..If you are an experienced Design Manager.
