We are seeking a Senior Digital Change Manager who will be working on a significant programme of work within the Airport, working closely with a number of key stakeholders. In this role no two days are the same and you will need to be able to pivot at a moment's notice. You will be working on an ongoing programme of work with a real focus on delivery enablement, continuous improvement and technology changes in an operational environment. Front line exposure is essential in this role and Airline or Airport knowledge is a real bonus!
Key Challenges:
- The Airport is a unique 24 X 7 workplace. Finding a successful cadence for change activities requires adaptability, resourcefulness, and patience.
- Motivating business teams to trust that the project teams are genuinely listening to their concerns by encouraging their participation and feedback.
- Educating project managers and airport leaders in what digital change management really involves. This is often quite different to what they think change managers do.
- Adapting plans at the last minute to accommodate urgent operational priorities.
What you will bring to the role:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in digital and technology change management best practice, processes and methodologies. Minimum 10 years’ experience. This may include up to 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager or other customer-focused digital role.
- Front line experience within an operational environment.
- Expertise in analysing, planning, and delivering people-focused digital change.
- Can provide time estimates for change activities.
- Expertise in running digital readiness assessments with the ability to mitigate outcomes and plan accordingly.
- Evidence of providing change advice and guidance to business and project leads.
Desirable:
- Prior airline or airport experience.
- Experience of positively influencing and promoting the value of digital change.
- Knowledge of building and adapting effective change frameworks.
