- Experience in conveyancing and banking matters such as loans, sub-sales, etc.
- Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Familiar with banks’ documentation and portals.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience, specializing in sub-sale and loan documentation (Developer's Project).
- Good communication and drafting skills.
- Able to handle sub-sale transactions, loan disbursement, and various conveyancing matters.
- Able to handle general conveyancing independently.
- Able to join immediately.
