Responsibilities:

• Act as the Primary Quality Management Representative (QMR), overseeing the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s quality policies and quality system procedures to ensure adherence to IATF 16949: 2016.
• Act as the QA/QC Head of Department (HOD), lead and manage the QA/QC team and responsible for incoming, WIP and outgoing quality checking to ensure it meets customers’ requirements.
• Manage QMS, implement audits, customer complaints, supplier issues and document control.
• Resolve all non-compliance issues and eliminate non-conformance of quality standards. Coordinate all corrective actions and preventive measures with production, engineering and marketing to ensure effectiveness.
• To increase overall customer satisfaction through quick response to all customers related complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or any related qualification.
• Minimum three (3) years of working experience in related field.
• Required skills / experiences in ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese dialects.
