• Performance Testing - NeoLoad, JMeter, Performance Monitoring - Dynatrace, Splunk, SOAP UI/Postman

Job description : Performance Testing and Analysis : Design, execute, and analyze performance tests to evaluate application responsiveness, stability, and scalability, ensuring optimal performance under varying load conditions. • Issue Diagnosis and Root Cause Analysis : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through detailed log analysis, metrics evaluation, and debugging using tools like Profiler and Java Visual VM. • Collaboration and Optimization : Partner with development and architecture teams to implement performance optimizations, code-level improvements, and infrastructure enhancements based on root cause analysis findings. • Monitoring and Resiliency : Implement real time monitoring solutions using tools like Dynatrace, and Splunk, while conducting chaos and resiliency testing to enhance reliability. • Capacity Planning and Reporting : Predict future system requirements based on growth trends, provide detailed performance test reports, and recommend strategies for continuous performance improvements. Required Expertise

• Extensive experience in performance testing and engineering across different deployment architecture.
• Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket
• Working experience with JIRA/Zephyr or equivalent tools
• Must have 5+ years of hands-on Experience in a Performance testing tool preferable Neoload
• 2+ years of experience using any leading APM tools such as Dynatrace & Splunk.
• 2+ years of experience in root cause analysis of performance issues and provide tuning
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in writing SQL queries
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, git.
• Working experience with JIRA/Zephyr or equivalent tools
• Any experience in resiliency testing, Automation & Observability will be a plus

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with performance testing tools like HP Loadrunner , Jmeter & Neoload
• experience using any leading APM tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk & AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner
• Strong Communications Skills
