As a Sales Manager, you will:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in your assigned territory or market segment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead sales initiatives, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities, to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and business expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on pumps, agitators, or mineral processing equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the industrial sector.
- Strong technical understanding of pumps, agitators, or mineral processing equipment, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
