We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trading Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a quick learner with strong communication skills and a basic knowledge of MS Office. As the go-to person for all administrative and document management tasks, the Trading Executive will support various operational processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout. This role will focus on process coordination, assisting in logistics, administration, and operations both with internal teams & external vendors. Previous experience in these areas particularly within a trading or business environment is a plus. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Seamlessly embed banking APIs into the back-office infrastructure to enable automated and precise entry posting.
  2. Systematically manage Financial Records related to standard beneficiaries, bank cutoff schedules, and current SSL protocols.
  3. Supervise daily fund transfer operations to ensure both accuracy and timeliness in execution.
  4. Strategically manage liquidity options to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
  5. Engage in daily strategic alignment with Trading Salespersons to synchronize requirements and execution plans.
  6. Conduct thorough reporting and reconciliation of daily bank balances against internal financial records.
  7. Implement rigorous controls to ensure error-free transactions while investigating and integrating advanced technologies to boost operational efficiency.
  8. Implement technological driven processes to maximize risk-free returns on idle funds.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in treasury or finance roles, with a solid understanding of liquidity management, bank operations, and financial reporting.
  3. Proficiency in treasury management systems, financial software, and bank API integration. Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools.
  4. In-depth knowledge of banking operations in UAE, liquidity management, and financial instruments.
  5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in treasury management in UAE.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing fund transfers and reconciling bank balances.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  8. High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions and records.
  9. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  10. Experience with implementing new technologies to improve treasury processes.
