About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with exceptional Arabic & English communication skills to lead our team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven track record (5+ year) of meeting and exceeding sales targets.   1. Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  4. Customer Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new customers.
  5. Market Expansion: Increase market penetration in key segments.
  6. Performance Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and actionable insights.
  7. Training & Development: Conduct team training sessions/month to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  1. Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are a must.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  3. Strong leadership and team-building skills; experience managing team member.
  4. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales analytics.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clients.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies for growth.
