Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Marketing Agency (Female Preferred) Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission + Benefits (as per UAE law) About us: We are a newly launched, high-end marketing agency based in Dubai, specializing in premium services such as Paid Ads, Social Media Management, SEO, Website Design, and Branding. As a startup, we aim to partner with elite clients across the UAE and Gulf region, delivering customized solutions and exceptional results that set new industry standards. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in acquiring high-ticket clients for marketing agencies. The ideal candidate is a natural salesperson with experience in the marketing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a network of potential clients in the UAE and Gulf markets. Responsibilities:

Drive new business development , focusing on high-ticket clients and premium brands.
Identify, pitch, and close deals with clients who require our services, ensuring revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, creating long-term partnerships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic outreach, including meetings, calls, and presentations.
Collaborate with the internal team to tailor proposals and deliver customized solutions.
Stay updated on marketing trends and client needs to position our agency as the go-to solution.

Requirements:

Proven track record of successfully acquiring high-ticket clients in the marketing agency space.
Currently working at or recently employed by a successful marketing agency with excellent results.
Strong network of potential clients in UAE and Gulf markets is highly preferred.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and strategically to meet business objectives.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a must.
