Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of the Guest Services team, including scheduling, training, coaching, and assisting Residential Assistant Manager’s with performance reviews.
  2. Ownership of the continuous enhancement of the arrival/departure experience.
  3. Review daily arrivals and prepare to ensure proper handling of VIPs, owners, return guests, and group business.
  4. Communicate and work closely with all departments of the hotel daily.
  5. Ensure bell staff’s safety and security practices are maintained within the Front Drive and Guest Service storage room to eliminate vehicle damages and/or theft.
  6. Ensure Four Seasons benchmark standards are being met daily throughout the entire Guest Services Team.
  7. Oversight and ownership of the Guest Services storage areas, maintaining cleanliness, updated beach equipment inventories, and all equipment in good working order.
  8. Oversight of the Guest Service Attendant vans and cars, including cleanliness and reporting damages or safety concerns in a timely manner.
  9. Assist the Front Office Team with arrivals, departures, and concierge requests.
  10. Complete basic functions in Opera and Golden applications.
  11. Follow proper payroll, uniform, and key sign-out procedures.
  12. Deliver and pick-up guest request items in a timely manner as necessary.
  13. Utilize Hotsos and radio for communications with hotel staff.
  14. Offer assistance to guests when requested.
  15. Assist guests with basic housekeeping needs outside of housekeeping hours.
  16. Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
  17. Safely and properly operate a golf cart for transportation of guests and supplies.
  18. Assist guests with luggage and/or introducing them to their unit upon check-in.
  19. Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
  20. Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons.
  21. Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  22. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  23. Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including exterior walkways.
