Job Overview : We are seeking a driven and dynamic Salesperson to join our travel agency. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize sales and revenue by promoting and selling our travel products and services. You will be the main point of contact for clients, identifying their travel needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Actively pursue sales opportunities and convert leads into bookings. Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their travel preferences and providing personalized travel solutions.
- Product Promotion : Promote and upsell travel packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and travel insurance to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales performance, including revenue, booking numbers, and client feedback. Provide regular updates to management.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new travel products to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Customer Follow-up : Follow up with clients post-booking to ensure satisfaction and encourage future bookings and referrals.
- Sales Strategies : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the client base.
- Experience : Proven experience in travel sales or a related sales role.
- Skills : Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge : Proficiency with travel booking systems and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
- Language : Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Attributes : Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
