- Oversee multi-line production of high-quality components across diverse product categories.
- Enforce and elevate quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Optimize manufacturing processes without compromising on precision.
- Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement systems that scale effectively.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proven leadership in managing production teams.
- Strong skills in production planning and scheduling.
- Expertise in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control processes.
- Experience in injection or blow molding manufacturing.
- Background in FDA-regulated production environments.
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and implementation.
- Manage multiple production lines delivering precision-engineered products, from medical containers to industrial vessels.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to uphold rigorous standards.
- Oversee material flow and production schedules to meet tight deadlines.
- Lead and develop a skilled team of operators, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining product quality.
- Partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Leverage production metrics to enhance overall performance and output.
