Are you a highly organized and dedicated individual with a passion for education? We are seeking a Center Coordinator to join our prestigious education institute in Abu Dhabi. As a Center Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our institute. If you have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, a commitment to providing top-notch service, and a desire to contribute to the success of students, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.Coordinate the daily operations of the education center, including scheduling, resource management, and student services.Manage student enrollment and registration processes.Collaborate with instructors and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services.Oversee the maintenance and organization of educational materials and resources.Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain students.Handle inquiries and provide information about courses and programs.Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budget management, and report generation.Support students in their academic journey and address their concerns or needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in education administration or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Ability to work well in a team and independently.Customer service-oriented attitude.Knowledge of the education landscape in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
