Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Offered: 4k - 5k AED

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for driving business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Create and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Content Management

Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Manage the company's website ensuring it is optimized for user experience and search engines.

Publish and schedule engaging content on social media platforms.

SEO and Analytics

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.

Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Email Marketing and Automation

Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Implement and manage marketing automation tools for better efficiency.

Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals.

Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Key Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.

Technical Skills

Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Core Competencies

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in e-commerce marketing or conversion rate optimization.

Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant areas.
